These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of B FIX ("the Website" or "our services"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

1. Intellectual Property:
- All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and course materials, is the property of B FIX and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

2. User Conduct:
- You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or circumvent any security measures.

3. User-Generated Content:
- You retain ownership of any content you upload or create on the Website.
- By submitting content, you grant B FIX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

4. Payment and Refunds:
- Payment for courses and services is processed through Phonepe Payment Gateway. By making a purchase, you agree to Phonepe Payment Gateway's Terms of Service.
- There is no refund option available for our courses or services.
- If payment is not received by the due date, your access to the course will be automatically closed.

5. Account Usage:
- Only one account can be logged into the website from one device at a time. Attempts to log in simultaneously from multiple devices may result in the automatic termination of your account.

6. Prohibited Actions:
- You agree not to record, copy, or reproduce the content of the Website without explicit permission from B FIX. Unauthorized recording of content is strictly prohibited, and B FIX reserves the right to take legal action against any violation of this policy.

7. Device Damage Disclaimer:
- B FIX is not responsible for any damage to your electronic devices that may occur during the learning courses. It is your responsibility to ensure that your devices meet the necessary technical requirements and are in proper working condition.

8. Termination of Account:
- B FIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct that may harm the Website or other users.
